Whether you have a question about something on the site, want to point out an error, or would like to be introduced to a specialist, we would like to hear from you. Divorce runs on its own timetable, and there is no urgency on our side. Take whatever time you need.
What happens next
- We read every message and aim to reply within two working days.
- If you have asked to be connected with a specialist, a vetted regulated family law firm or accredited mediator from our partner network suited to your situation will contact you directly, usually within a few working days. If that firm is unable to help, your enquiry may be passed to another firm in the network for the same purpose.
- We cannot answer questions about your personal legal or financial position. That is exactly what the specialist introduction is for.
- If there is any risk to your safety, or money is being hidden or controlled, tell the specialist as early as you can. It changes what they can do for you. If you are in immediate danger, call 999.

By submitting the form you agree to us using your details to respond to your enquiry. To answer it, your details may be shared with regulated firms from our specialist partner network, who may contact you directly about it. More than one firm may take up your enquiry: up to three firms in the profession you are asking about (for example a specialist family law firm or accredited mediator), and up to three in related professions such as brokers, solicitors and advisers. We may be paid a fee by a firm your enquiry is passed to. This does not change what you pay, and the firm will confirm the arrangement to you directly. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and you can object at any time. See our privacy policy for full details.
